Why should I trust your company?

What should I do if my phone has liquid damage?

Take the battery out immediately, and send it to us as quick as possible! We will take care of you from there!

What if I choose not to have my phone repaired?

If a repair is declined, a $15.00 service and shipping fee applies for all declined repairs. This fee can be waived if the customer agrees to donate their non-repairable phone to Wireless RS, opening the door to environmentally friendly recycling through our partner Glo Green.

How much will shipping be?

You can choose any shipping method you prefer to use in order to ship your cellular phone to us. We recommend that you use a traceable and insurable shipping method such as PUROLATOR or FEDEX. Once your cell phone repair is complete, we offer free return shipping via Canada Post. If you would like a faster method, or would like the package shipped back on your shipping account, please contact us to make arrangements for this.

Does the estimated price include labor?

All prices include parts and labor.

How do I pay for the repair?

Because every repair is different, we cannot take payment until the repair is completed. When we receive your phone, a Wireless RS specialist will contact you with a quote and will ask for payment pre-authorization.

Can you backup my data on my phone?

Wireless RS offers a complete service for efficient data backup, just ask for it!

Will my internal contact lists, email and data be lost during your repair?

Wireless RS does not do anything that will lose your data while your device is being repaired. There are times where the damage to your phone erases your data, but this is only discovered after our free diagnostic

Can you fix water damaged gadgets?

Wireless RS has a 90% success rate in reviving wireless devices damaged by liquid in any way.

What happens if my device is left with Wireless RS for a long period of time?

Wireless RS will hold onto your device for 30 days, after that Wireless RS will recycle your wireless device

Does your work void the warranty on my device?

Your warranty is voided once damage occurs to the internal/external components of the phone.

How long does it take to fix my phone for mail-in service?

Turnaround time is an estimated 48 hours if the part is in stock.

What hours are you open?

Monday – Friday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m., Saturday 12 a.m. – 5 p.m., closed Sunday and holidays.

What kind of warranty does my repair come with?

All of our repairs come with a 180-day warranty (excluding water damage).
